2008 TOUR INFORMATION

     The Winking Lizard Tavern World Tour of Beers for 2008 is our 22nd World Tour. Each year we are challenged to offer and get the best and most varied beer selection in the nation. By limiting this list to 100 beers it is even tougher. This year our Tour list has 46 styles of beer. The 2008 World Tour begins on January 11th at all Winking Lizard Tavern locations!
     As we have done for the last few World Tours, we will be offering a half-way gift when you have tried 50 beers from the World Tour, a concert-style long sleeved T-shirt with the World Tour Beer List on the back. Finishers of the World Tour will receive either a men's or women's style down filled vest with our most colorful and detailed World Tour logo yet!
     To join the World Tour, visit your favorite Winking Lizard Tavern, plop down $10.00 and begin your adventure into the world of craft and imported beers. We start you off with a Guidebook, a wallet card so you can keep track of what you have tried, and a Tour Card that will electronically keep track of the Tour beers you have finished. You may drink the beers in any order. And though we do our best to ensure that all the beers will be available for the entire year, we may have to substitute a beer if we happen to be out of one.
     After you drink all 100 beers you are awarded the coveted 2008 World Tour jacket vest and receive an invitation to the World Tour party to be held in January 2009. Any comments or concerns about the World Tour, please email the beermeister@winkinglizard.com
