Back in the Day: the Peninsula Lizard was the "Peninsula Nite Club." The sign is still there today, as well as old pictures of the club in its glory days.
Claim to Fame: The Peninsula Nite Club was a regular spot to find the Tommy Dorsey and Glen Miller Bands playing during the "Big Band Era" of the '40's.
Who you'll see: people coming off the train ready to bike ride, shop, and enjoy the Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area.
