2012 TOUR INFORMATION

The Winking Lizard Tavern World Tour of Beers for 2012 is our 26th World Tour. Each year we are challenged to offer and get the best and most varied beer selection in the nation. This year's World Tour will have more than 300 beers to choose from and includes a bottle list and a draft list to pick from. New this year is the expansion of our draft program. Seven locations will feature Ayinger on draft, seven locations will feature Weihenstephaner on draft. We have expanded Ommegang draft to nine taverns, added Founder's and Bells to our program at select locations and Brew Kettle will be on tap at Brunswick, Avon and Bedford Hts.

We will be offering half-way gifts when you have tried 50 beers from the World Tour, a Winking Lizard wall clock. You will receive  the coveted World Tour jacket when you have reached 100 beers from our World Tour of Beers. We're offering two different styles of jacket, both in mens and womens cuts. You'll also receive an invitation to the World Tour Finisher Party in January 2013! For those who wish to complete 150 beers from the World Tour list they will receive a World Tour hooded pullover sweatshirt!

To join the World Tour, visit your favorite Winking Lizard Tavern, plop down $10.00 and begin your adventure into the world of craft and imported beers. We start you off with a full color Guidebook, a wallet card so you can keep track of what you have tried, and a Tour Card that will electronically keep track of the Tour beers you have finished.
