The Winking Lizard has been catering off premise events for over 30 years, which include company events, golf outings, graduations, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthdays, and much more. We take pride in our quality of food, service and timeliness to make your special event a success!

We offer a wide variety of all you can eat buffet options or we are able to customize a menu to fit your event needs.

Our full service catering option is available for groups with a minimum of 50 guests. Pricing includes on-site grilling at your location, cooking and serving staff, paper products and buffet set-up and serving.

Bar items can be added onto any of our catering options - off-site catering or with the drop and go menu. All items will be self serve. We do not supply bartenders when ordering from this menu.

We've got a drop & go menu available for groups of 30 or more. This menu offers both boxed meals and drop and go catering. Both menus are delivered to your location. The drop and go catering includes a buffet set up at time of delivery.

Off-Site catering is available for parties with a minimum of 50 guests. Your final guest count is due one week prior to the event.

Rental orders should be placed as soon as possible to guarantee supply and delivery. We recommend at least 3 weeks in advance.For events in Northeast Ohio, we can order party rentals through Party Safari. Any rentals ordered will be added to your final bill with us. They do charge a delivery/pick-up fee on every order. Pricing is available upon request. Also feel free to contact them directly or view their options available at www.partysafariohio.com

All food will be served buffet style. The BBQ, Picnic, & The 19th Hole Buffets are all you can eat buffets. The Steak Buffet & Clambakes are cooked for your specified guest count. We request your final menu selections are placed a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event date. Please contact the catering department if you need to customize a menu that will better suit your event needs.

We can supply cans of soda, bottled water, beer and wine for an additional charge. Cans of soda & bottled water are charged by the quantity taken by each guest. Bottled beer is charged by the case (24 bottles/case). You are charged for each opened case of beer. You will be left all open cases. Bottles of wine are charged by the bottle. You are charged for each opened bottle. Prior to the crew departure you can review with our crew which items you would like to stay and what items you might need us to take back. Kegs of beer are charged for each tapped keg. You are free to keep the keg after our crew departs. You will be required to return the empty keg, tap handle and any additional supplies left to your closest Winking Lizard location within 2 days of your event. The return location can be confirmed with our staff prior to their departure.

We will cater parties with a minimum of 50 guests. There is no maximum number of guests. Your final guest count is due 7 days prior to the event.

No sales tax is charged for any food purchased. A sales tax of 8.0% will be charged for all beverages purchased.

No gratuity will be added onto the final bill. Gratuity is at your own discretion. If you choose to provide a gratuity for the cooking and serving staff, you may give it to them at the event or include it with your final payment.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date. This deposit will be applied to the final bill as a credit.

Final payment will be due within 15 days from the date of the event. An invoice will be mailed to you after the event. Please be sure to verify your billing address if it is different from the party location. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We typically arrive 2 hours prior to the time you would like to begin serving the buffet.

You set the time you would like us to begin serving the buffet. The buffet will be open for approximately 1 hour. Additional time can be allotted for parties over 150 guests. Buffet Set Up We will supply the buffet tables. The typical buffet set up will require a 14' buffet serving line. Please provide enough room for the buffet and room for the guests to form a line.

We will need to park our 15' catering truck as close to the cooking area as possible. We will cook all items on our 8' charcoal grill. We prefer to have the cooking area set up as close to the buffet as possible to allow for quick replenishing of the buffet.

We supply heavy duty black plastic plates, black plastic silverware, white dinner napkins, wet naps, and table coverings for our buffet table. You are required to provide the table coverings for your guests' tables. Specialty plates can be ordered for an additional charge. If you will be supplying your own paper products, there will be no discount available on the buffet pricing.

We will need a standard electric outlet to plug in our truck refrigerator. Please let us know in advance if one is not available at the site, so we can bring a generator. We prefer to plug into a dedicated line. If a generator is required, there will be an additional charge.

We will bring our own trash bags for our cooking area. We do not supply trash cans for the disposal of your guests trash. We can take our cooking area trash with us if there is not a dumpster available at the site.

We are able to cook rain or shine. We have supplies to cover our cooking area during inclement weather, but we will need you to provide a sheltered area to serve the buffet. We do not bring tents for shelter.
